How far do you travel for catering?
We're based in Duncan, BC, and proudly provide catering throughout the Cowichan Valley, including Cobble Hill, Mill Bay, Shawnigan Lake, Chemainus, Ladysmith, and surrounding communities. We also cater events across Southern Vancouver Island, including Victoria. If you're unsure whether we travel to your location, get in touch!
Do you offer custom menus for catering?
Absolutely. Every event is different, which is why we offer flexible catering options. Whether you're looking for breakfast catering, sandwich platters, hot buffets, fresh salads, dessert trays, or a fully customized menu, we'll work with you to create a meal that fits your event, budget, and dietary needs whenever possible.
How many people can you cater for?
Whether you're planning an intimate gathering of 10 or a large event with hundreds of guests, Gibby's Catering can accommodate groups of all sizes. If you're planning an event in Duncan, the Cowichan Valley, Victoria, or on Southern Vancouver Island, we'd be happy to discuss your catering needs and recommend the best options for your group.
What is included with your catering service?
Our goal is to make catering as stress-free as possible. We can provide serving dishes, chafing dishes, serving utensils, food labels, delivery, setup, and cleanup or equipment pickup after your event. There is an autogratuity of 15% for pick up orders and 20% for delivered orders. We do not provide cuterly, plates or napkins for your guests.
